EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND NEEDED SKILLS
- BS Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent Technical skills
- Ability to listen carefully and effectively communicate complex topics with technicians and clients.
- Ability to grasp best practices and JTF policies and use them as needed with clients
- Accuracy of work with eye for detail in completing needed troubleshooting and corrective actions on site.
- Strong IT skills (AutoCAD Electrical, Microsoft office, Microsoft Project)
- Fluent in Arabic, and English
RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS:
- Maintains complete tracking of client s systems and coordinates with after-sales department.
- Schedules and conducts periodic visits for inspection and preventive maintenance.
- Intervenes on site for troubleshooting.
- Assists customers and designs customers action processes.
